Gerald Kelly

Gerald has been successfully marketing and selling properties in the Lower Mainland for the last ten years and is consistently recognized as a leader in sales. Gerald has received many Sutton awards including: Director, Platinum, and Diamond sales production awards. He is also a member of the Medallion Club of 2008.

Gerald was born and raised in North Vancouver, currently resides in Vancouver, and has called the Lower Mainland home for his entire life. In his spare time Gerald enjoys biking and skiing depending on the season, and is an avid reader. He also takes advantage of Vancouver’s great nightlife and restaurants and can often be spotted enjoying a good time with friends and clients.

Alan Au

Alan has been involved in successfully marketing Real Estate in Vancouver, Toronto and Winnipeg for over 25 years. Alan seeks out clients who are appreciative of his honesty and integrity and with whom he can forge an initial and lasting trust.

Alan is a big fan of the Lower mainland, and enjoys the many amenities this beautiful city has to offer, such as walks on the seawall, shopping at Granville Island, enjoying the beauty and the forces of nature that we are so luck to be surrounded by. ASk him about crab fishing at midnight or watching the salmon run at the North Vancouver hatchery. Alan also enjoys activities such as soccer, softball and golf and Alan love watching hockey, though some of the leisure activities occur all-too-infrequently.

Liana Yap

Since 1992, Liana has built a career on her first love in Real Estate; Residential Sales and Project Marketing which to date include 14 buidings in her Project Marketing Portfolio. In 2002, Liana Achieved the Top 7th Realtor in (the province) BC Status for Sales totaling over 24 Million, 2001. The Next 2003/04 year saw that figure increase to $34 Million dollars in Residential Sales Volume. Accreditations and Certificate of Acheivements to date have continually included the Real Estate Board MLS Medallion Club,  Award, Director’s Award, Platinum Award, Presidents Award, and Award of Excellence-Sutton Group Realty, Canada.

An avid Animal lover, Liana has helped fundraise for numerous Charity organizations locally and Internationally. When seeking balance in Life and a diversion from the business of Real Estate, Liana can be found Kayaking, Rollerblading, Hiking, Biking, and Surfing or any other variety of sports that combine the natural beauty of Vancouver Parks and Waterways with quality time with friends, family, and clients.
