Building Bella vLog – roofing start and “richter” rods

www.bellaliving.ca/blog What a beautiful day to start the roof and catch up with Gary. Today he talks to us about the 3/4 inch steel rods hidden in the walls of the building that no home owner ever gets to see.

The technical term for those rods is either all-thread rod, ready rod, or threaded drill rod. If you have any questions about them, please feel free to ask and I will forward it to our Structural Engineers – John Bryson & Partners.
