BBQ Season

With BBQ season fast approaching we thought we would share some video and photos of the MASSIVE decks on the second floor at BELLA in Burnaby. Well maybe BBQ season isn’t that close, but we ARE getting very close to finishing the building, and thought we would take some shots on a nice sunny January afternoon. Can you imagine having 400 square feet of private outdoor space for entertaining? These decks are amazing, and the use of the cedar truly compliments the building’s design.

A quick update from the construction team is that we are on track to have occupancy permits in February, which means that our buyers will be moving in to their brand new homes very soon!
